Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a martial art which uses kicking and punching to defeat an opponent. Kickboxing is practices as self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. In addition to getting a fullon, total body workout, our kickboxing classes won’t skimp on teaching you techniques that have helped fighters for decades.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport combining techniques from both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing. It allows the fighters to use punches, kicks, takedowns, joint-locks, and chokes to defeat their opponent.

Mario extends his knowledge and experience to all levels of students interested in mixed martial arts, kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our MMA program is a perfect introduction to mixed martial arts, focusing on foundational concepts of MMA; including striking, take-downs, control and submissions.

Kickboxing

Mondays & Wednesdays | 8:30pm to 9:30pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:30am to 7:30am

MMA

Mondays & Wednesdays | 7:10pm to 8:10pm
